Education:
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies
- Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master’s Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Statistics, Business Administration or related discipline.

Responsibilities & Context:
Establishment of an effective and integrated M&E, LMIS and knowledge management System, mechanism of data validation, reporting and support use of data for decision making
Capacity building of relevant SR project staff, SSR’s staff including DIC level staff on effective use of M&E system, tools and accurate reporting.
Develop different data collection tools, reporting template and provide orientation on it
Review the project log frame with proper indicators and variables to measure the project outcomes, results and impacts against the project objectives and goal.
Program monitoring, reporting, supervision and documentation.
Coordination with other staff of this project and SSR team
Conduct DQA as per project plan
Monitoring on line real-time data entry of DIC/Outlets
Support and facilitate LFA, oversight and ASP visit where necessary
