Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Ceramic Engineering / Diploma in Ceramic Engineering or any other relevant subject from any recognized universities with at least 5 years working experience in Tableware, kiln & Dryer Management, Custing & Forming Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ UnnayanProchesta, Tala, Satkhirais looking for application to implement Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) funded Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP) from Bangladeshi candidates for the following post:
∎ Duration: 2 year
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position holders will be the front line Technical staff for implementation of the project of pottery center.
∎ He will responsible for production of pottery center.
∎ Supervise all assistant technical staffs & monitor production line.
∎ He will create designs for mass production.
∎ Select appropriate materials and work to a designated budget.
∎ Conduct market research to find out market opportunities.
∎ Project MEs identification and selection for implementation of the activities.
∎ He will closely work with the MEs and other stakeholders will provide support to MEs. Organize different meeting, workshop, and events in field level.
∎ Assist to prepare report, maintain coordination with project management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience: 5 year of working experience.
∎ Capable to established Pottery center.
∎ The person should be efficient, well conversant, hardworking and capable to serve project beneficiaries.
∎ Proven knowledge & experience on Pottery, Tableware, Terracotta, Ceramics & eco-friendly align product production.
∎ Capable to produce premium quality Pottery product.
∎ Good computer & reporting knowledge (Microsoft office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Willingness to work in the rural areas
∎ Extensive field visit
∎ Monitoring micro enterprises and clusters
Salary: Negotiable
