At least 03 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise development, agribusiness, business incubation, SME development, livelihoods or market systems development.

Responsibilities & Context
Work Station: Project Office, Hnila union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar District.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Enterprise Mapping and Assessment: Identify, screen and assess rural women entrepreneurs, smallholder farmers and women-led producer groups, supporting the inclusive selection of approximately 200 women entrepreneurs.
Enterprise Incubation and Business Development: Coordinate incubation programs, technical training, mentoring and coaching to improve business planning, production, profitability and climate resilience.
Financial Literacy and Management: Strengthen bookkeeping, financial management, budgeting, costing, pricing and business decision-making skills.
Matching Fund Management: Support matching fund design, business proposal assessment, enterprise selection, investment monitoring and verification of fund utilization.
Market Linkage and Investment Readiness: Facilitate buyer–seller connections, improve product quality, packaging, branding and market access, and prepare enterprises for investment opportunities.
Partnership and Capacity Building: Coordinate with technical partners, guide Field Facilitators and promote women’s leadership and participation.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation: Track enterprise performance, maintain records, prepare progress reports and document success stories and lessons learned.
Compliance and Accountability: Ensure data confidentiality, follow organizational policies, report risks and irregularities promptly and perform other assigned project-related duties.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
