Responsibilities & Context
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements and factory capacity.
Monitor production progress against approved plans and highlight deviations.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track material availability and ensure readiness before line loading.
Follow up on production status and update order progress reports regularly.
Monitor capacity utilization and recommend corrective actions to optimize production efficiency.
Prepare production loading plans and line allocation schedules.
Identify potential production delays and escalate risks to management.
Maintain accurate PPC records, reports, and ERP system updates.
Support shipment planning by ensuring production completion as per delivery schedules.
Analyze production performance and generate planning-related reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
