Additional Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in store and inventory management within the garments or textile industry. At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of garment factory inventory management, fabric and accessories stores, spare parts management, and stock reconciliation.
Practical experience with ERP systems, inventory software, MS Excel, and inventory reporting.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing stores across multiple factories within a manufacturing group will be an added advantage.

About the Company
We are a reputed 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing group located in Chattogram, Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly competent, experienced, and dynamic professional to lead our Store Department and ensure efficient inventory control, proper material handling, and uninterrupted supply of materials to support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all store operations across the Group factories.
Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and delivery of all materials, including fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, spare parts, and general supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/software systems and ensure timely updating of all transactions.
Monitor stock levels, minimum stock, maximum stock, and reorder points to avoid shortages and overstocking.
Implement FIFO/FEFO/Weighted average cost practices wherever applicable and ensure proper identification, segregation, and traceability of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, Commercial, Procurement, Quality, Accounts, and Maintenance departments.
Ensure proper control of buyer-supplied materials, bonded materials, and export-related inventory documentation, as applicable.
Develop and implement store SOPs, internal controls, and inventory management procedures.
Minimize material wastage, pilferage, obsolete stock, and inventory losses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable statutory and audit requirements.
Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock aging, material consumption, shortages, and inventory variances. /inventory valuation
Lead, train, and evaluate store personnel to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and systematic warehouse environment.
Monitor slow moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and take appropriate corrective measures.
Establish performance indicators and monitor the efficiency and productivity of store personnel across the group.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, adoption of automation and achieve operational efficiency.
