• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Practical experience in construction scheduling and project planning.

• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation for both interior and exterior works.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity surveying, and technical specifications.

• Good understanding of civil construction methods, materials, quality control, and site supervision.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and ensure timely, quality-focused completion of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering works, ensuring timely completion in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Prepare, review, and monitor project schedules, work plans, and construction progress.

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for both interior and exterior civil works.

• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and technical specifications for construction and renovation projects.

• Develop and review AutoCAD drawings and coordinate drawing-related requirements with relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor project costs, material requirements, resource utilization, and construction progress to ensure efficient project execution.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of civil works.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved designs and specifications.

• Identify technical issues, execution challenges, and potential project risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

• Review contractor bills, site measurements, work completion reports, and variation claims.

• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, BOQs, estimates, schedules, specifications, and project progress reports.

• Coordinate interior and exterior construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance works as assigned by management.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and site personnel.

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety requirements, and applicable technical standards.

• Perform any other civil engineering and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
