Experience

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• M.Com / MBA (Major in Accounting/Finance) from a reputed university.

• CMA Partly Qualified or CA Course Completed (CA-CC) will be given strong preference.

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 32 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG) At least 2/3 years in Budget & Costing / Accounts & Finance.
• The applicants must have experience in the ERP/Budget or Accounting software.
• The applicants experience or familiar with codling will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assisting with comprehensive budget planning and preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, marketing and Accounts & Finance to optimize Budget allocation & Control.
• Managing ERP and financial software operations, including system data reconciliation and validation.
• Design effective budget models for departments as well as the organization.
• Analyze and report on cost variances, profitability, and budget forecasting to provide senior management with actionable trends and insights for decision-making.
• Implement best practices in costing methodology to improve accuracy and efficiency across all departments.
• Generating system-based reporting and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Driving system improvement and process development.
• Conducting strict budget monitoring and cost control activities.
