Responsibilities & Context
- Counsel prospective candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, and other designated countries.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, work experience, and eligibility for available job opportunities.
- Explain job requirements, salary packages, employment conditions, recruitment procedures, and visa processing requirements accurately.
- Generate and follow up on leads from phone calls, Facebook, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-in clients.
- Convert prospective clients into qualified candidates and achieve assigned monthly counseling and recruitment targets.
- Guide candidates in preparing passports, CVs, educational certificates, experience certificates, and other required documents.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, skill assessments, medical examinations, and documentation with the Operations Team.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, recruitment partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist junior counselors in improving counseling techniques, client handling, and follow-up procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, candidate profiles, follow-ups, and recruitment progress.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure professional, transparent, and ethical counseling practices in accordance with company policies and applicable recruitment regulations.
