Salary: Tk. 43000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Age: 25-35 years, (The age limit may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience).

• Additional Job Requirement:

• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management

• Experience: Minimum 02 years of work experience in related field of NGO sector.

Work Station: Hnila & Whykong Union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar District.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Early Child Development (ECD) activities aligned with project goals and donor requirements

• Develop age-appropriate learning plans, curricula and session guides

• Ensure integration of play-based and child-centered learning approaches

• Provide technical guidance to teachers, facilitators and community workers for Sishu Bikash Kendro (SBK).

• Ensure quality standards for ECD service delivery are maintained

• Conduct regular field visits, mentoring and coaching sessions

• Organize and facilitate training for caregivers, parents and ECD facilitators

• Develop training materials on early stimulation, child development and school readiness

• Strengthen local capacity for sustainable ECD practices

• Develop indicators and tools to track ECD progress and outcomes

• Collect, analyze, and report data regularly (monthly/quarterly)

• Document best practices, lessons learned and success stories

• Final he/she is responsible to implement any sorts of assign task assigned by the project authority.

• Salary and Benefits: Monthly Consolidated Salary Tk. 43,000/- (Forty-Three thousand Taka Only).
