Must have experience as a Service Advisor/ Supervisor in a motorcycle service center.
Communication in Bangla must be very good.
Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is hiring technical officer in after-sales service team who will provide technical support to customers remotely (via video calling). Major responsibilities are -
Attend incoming video calls and assist customers with motorcycle related queries.
Provide technical guidance on motorcycle issues, maintenance procedures, and product usage/ care tips.
Diagnose basic mechanical/ electrical problems virtually and recommend suitable solutions.
Coordinate with service centers, field technicians, and dealers to ensure proper follow-up for service support cases that requires on-ground support.
Identify recurring technical/ service-related issues and provide feedback to the Service/ Product/ App Development teams for process/ feature improvement.
Support customer engagement activities such as online demonstration sessions/ promotional videos/ live Q&A sessions.
Performance based yearly salary review.
