Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Social Welfare and related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 3-5 years of working experiences in health focused projects addressing services of MCH, SRH, family planning, nutrition, gender etc.
∎ The position of "Clinical Supervisor" will be responsible for ensuring that the patients are receiving the highest quality of healthcare services in the UHFWCs.
∎ Clinical Supervisor will oversee the works of comparatively less experienced clinical staff members consequently will mentor them and help them for their skills improved.
∎ She will keep coordination with other staff of the project, health and family planning departments in the Upazila, other stakeholders and service providers to contribute to expected results of the project.
∎ The focused responsibilities will be on developing, enhancing clinical knowledge, technical skills, clinical decision-making skills, professional performance standards in the healthcare facilities to ensure quality services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Having knowledge on clinical management issues of healthcare facilities.
∎ Ability to effectively plan, organize and manage community and Upazila based project events.
∎ Good communication and strong coordination and networking skills.
∎ Willing to work at disadvantaged communities under difficult situation.
∎ Have experiences of health camps, satellite clinics, static clinics organized at rural communities.
∎ Good report writing skill, good at MS Office applications.
∎ Having knowledge on maternal and neo-born healthcare issue.

Salary: Tk. 25112 (Monthly)
