Educational Requirements:
∎ BSS or MSS (preferable) from any recognized Institution/university. Candidate having experience of working with ECCD, Education is highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and plan for training /materials development activities at the field level.
∎ Support to the Field Facilitators in implementing parenting sessions and guide to follow up activities at the field level.
∎ Provide on-site supports to ensure store, distribution, and use of play materials
∎ Assist in developing appropriate tools to measure the impact of project activities;
∎ Asist in organize different training, meetings, and capacity building activities at the field level.
∎ Provide technical support for Resource Centre, Education Centre, community based various session including government schools to achieve project outcome.
∎ Keep relationship with GO & NGO, GPS, non-government/private school and other relevant stakeholders;
∎ Responsible for reporting and documentation including e-MIS;
∎ Conduct different types of visits to ensure the project activities are on track and provide technical support as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Prior experience in planning and facilitating training;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills including the ability to monitor progress of program activities;
∎ Experience in working with children (0-6 years) and parents/caregiver will be an advantage;
∎ Skills on Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint and MIS;
∎ Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively;
∎ Ambition, collaboration, creativity, Integrity in the job will be appreciable.
∎ Should have commitment of working under pressure with multi tasks
∎ Compassionate and respectful towards different disadvantaged groups, minorities, race, ethnic communities and gender.
∎ Should abide by the Child Safeguarding Policy, Gender Policy with high importance as well as organizational guidelines and policies, code of conduct
∎ Motorcycle driving skills with valid driving license is mandatory for this position.
Salary: Tk. 32632 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per organizational policy and project guideline.
