Sewing techniques and handling should improve continuously.
Introduce methods to prevent defects from the needle point.
Need close co ordination with IE department for continuous improvement.
Need to solve all sort of quality problems in cutting, sewing and finishing.
Co-ordinate with buyers, buying offices for continual improvements.
Sound knowledge of all types of sewing machines mechanical system.
Ability to handle all types of sewing machines and making sample.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of fabric constructions and fabric behaviors
Capable to handle all types of office management software like, office XP, ERP, CAD.
Can capable accurate time & action plan.
Capable to understand perfect marker consumption & booking.
Capable of all types of fashion pattern, specially in woven top.
