Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in the Django-React/Vue-Postgres/MySQL stack to spearhead the development of our innovative real estate marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team, architect high-impact solutions, and drive technical excellence in a rapidly growing industry.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and efficient development processes.
∎ Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, primarily using Django for backend development, while selecting the most appropriate frontend technology based on project needs.
∎ Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
∎ Actively participate in coding and problem-solving, leading the team in utilizing Django for backend work and making informed decisions on the frontend stack.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and milestones. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Address complex technical challenges and provide innovative, scalable solutions that align with the project’s objectives.
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication across development and cross-functional teams.
∎ Oversee testing and deployment processes to ensure the platform meets high standards of performance, reliability, and security.
∎ Maintain and update technical documentation, including system architecture, codebase, and API documentation.
∎ Implement and enforce version control best practices using Git. Ensure efficient management of code repositories, branching strategies, and conflict resolution.
∎ Oversee deployment and scaling of applications with a focus on optimizing resources and ensuring seamless performance.
