Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and efficient development processes.
∎ Make key architectural decisions and design choices to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.
∎ Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code and consistency.
∎ Collaborate with the development team to write high-quality code and contribute to the development effort.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and milestones.
∎ Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
∎ Oversee testing processes to ensure the platform meets quality standards.
∎ Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, codebase, and API documentation.
∎ Implement and maintain version control systems (e.g., Git) and lead the team in adhering to best practices.
∎ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on efficient deployment, scalability, and optimizing cloud resources for project needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
∎ Proven experience in web application development and architecture.
∎ Strong proficiency in C#, Python, Ruby, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB and Javascript.
∎ Previous experience in a leadership role, with a track record of leading successful development projects.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and drive technical discussions.
∎ Experience with real estate or property management systems is a plus.
∎ Proficient communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
∎ Proficiency in Python and related frameworks like Django.
∎ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Scrum.
∎ Thorough knowledge of databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
∎ Hands-on experience with GitHub.
∎ Solid understanding of API design and development, particularly RESTful APIs.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
∎ Strong communication skills, enabling the explanation of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Effective project management skills, including planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
