Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the implementation of livelihood and skill development interventions and provide technical support for client identification, skill/trade selection, business skill training (Learn 2 Earn), Technical and vocational training, and business start-up grants for the targeted youth.
∎ Ensure the activities are implemented according to agreed technical guidelines/minimum standards and incorporate technical advice from the supervisor and IRC's technical team.
∎ Develop training modules and support the Field Facilitators to arrange training, hiring resource persons and required materials for ensuring a learning environment for the youth.
∎ Develop, manage, and keep track of relevant program activity work plans and training implementation schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
∎ Provide mentorship and on-job coaching to the Field Facilitators building facilitation, technical and motivational skills to engage youth in business, employment, and building social cohesion.
∎ Regularly supervise and monitor project activities (business skill and vocational training, start-up grant) and provide timely inputs, feedback, updates, and weekly reports to the project coordinator.
∎ Assist and facilitate clients who wish to refine their knowledge and skills to engage in training and vocational training interventions.
∎ Strengthen the links with clients and stakeholders including the Youth Department Training Center, TVET institutes, Chamber of commerce, Hotel owners Association, etc.
∎ Develop and facilitate project staff to adopt field monitoring tools to measure the progress of business growth and employment opportunities for clients.
∎ Lead in and conduct various field assessments and surveys including needs assessment, market, and labor market assessments, and baseline surveys.
∎ Work closely with the M&E Officer to analyze data and prepare the analytical reports required.
∎ Compile and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure compliance with commitments to the project donor’s set conditions and standards.
∎ Ensure equal participation by all segments of the community, taking into consideration issues regarding gender, age, and people with disabilities.
∎ Maintain a transparent database of the clients for livelihood interventions and provide regular updates for the database and capture the learning of the project.
∎ Any other duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

Salary: Tk. 51000 (Monthly)
