∎ At least 3 years of teaching experience at ECD, primary, or secondary levels.
∎ Minimum of 8 years’ experience in development/humanitarian program management, including team leadership positions.
∎ At least 2 years of relevant field experience in the Rohingya response.
∎ Proficiency in education research methods and tool development.
∎ Excellent spoken and written skills in Bangla, Chittagonian dialect, and English.
∎ Strong coordination skills with individuals and community group representatives.
∎ Demonstrated ability to monitor progress through regular and accurate updates.
∎ Highly developed skills in reporting and presentation of results.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
∎ Proficiency in using data visualization and presentation tools.

∎ Conduct report writing and present results effectively to various stakeholders.
∎ Utilize knowledge of local languages and dialects to facilitate communication and engagement.
∎ About the Position:
∎ EIMS Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Expert (Education) to join our team in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. This is a contractual position for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing our education initiatives, particularly in the context of the Rohingya response.
