Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the quality control team, including scheduling workloads and providing training and guidance to team members;
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures for all operations for accessories, including measuring, checking for defects, and conducting visual inspections;
∎ Monitor and report on quality control performance, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective action as necessary;
∎ Work closely with production/operation managers to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards;
∎ Conduct Production Planning meeting, Risk assessment for upcoming styles and have skill to make and check finished pattern;
∎ Investigate customer complaints and issues related to quality, working with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions;
∎ Discharging duties and responsibilities by maintaining safety and compliance procedure;
∎ Ensure that all equipment used in operations is properly maintained and calibrated to deliver consistent quality results;
∎ Participate in regular meetings with other departments to discuss quality-related issues and identify opportunities for improvement;
∎ Need to work in the factory as like 50% on the production floor, 30% Office desk, 20% customers claim settlement
