Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ERPNext/Frappe infrastructure on Kubernetes (Helm, Redis, MariaDB, S3).

• Implement secure multi-tenant provisioning (<5 min/site) with CI/CD pipelines.

• Establish security baseline: 2FA, secret rotation, least-privilege DB access.

• Create and maintain runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and backup/restore automation.

• Mentor engineers and enforce coding and deployment best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years running ERPNext/Frappe in production.

• Proven Kubernetes/Helm, Nginx, Redis, and MariaDB administration skills.

• Strong understanding of Docker, GitHub Actions, and observability (Prometheus/Grafana).

• Fluent with Linux, shell scripting, and infrastructure-as-code.

• Excellent communication and documentation habits.
