Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC/ HSC
∎ Food and beverages service course from Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation will get advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Waiter/ Barista
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Fast Food Shop, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the best customer service to maintain the brand standard.
∎ Serving the customers with a great hospitality to achieve the sales target.
∎ Prepare, decorate & serve the foods and drinks for the customers to meet their expectations.
∎ Ensure the payment from the customers for the revenue of the company.
∎ Maintain health, safety & security law for the safety of the customers as well as all other employees.
∎ Work in the shift in a proper and hygienic way to maintain the food safety law.
∎ Counseling with the customers thirsty for information, queries and application to promote and marketing the brand value.
∎ Reporting to the Outlet Manager to ensure all the assigned tasks have been done properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral communication & written skills are required.
∎ Positive interpersonal skills.

Salary: Tk. 7000 - 10000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Provide daily food allowance.
∎ Yearly two festival bonuses
