Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bakery, Coffee, Food Chain shop
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Coffee Shop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering the entire operation of the outlet during scheduled shifts.
∎ Plan, organize, lead, monitor and control team members of outlets to achieve sales target.
∎ Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
∎ Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
∎ Training and motivating staff.
∎ Responding to customer complaints.
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
∎ Organizing promotional events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral communication & written skills are required.
∎ Positive interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
