FMCG Company, Paper, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead maintenance team in the production floor to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Carry out scheduled maintenance work and response to equipment's/machine faults.
∎ Plan schedule and regular maintenance of all machines to minimize downtime.
∎ Daily routine check of machinery, maintain log sheet, response immediately to any kinds of machinery breakdowns.
∎ Diagnose breakdown problems and taking immediate actions.
∎ Check and maintain regular operation of Substation, Generators, Air Compressors, Fire Pump, Hydrant and detection system and WTP, etc. and ensure standards and uninterrupted running.
∎ Maintain 5S, Safety first principle and ISO compliance. Prescribe all maintenance records and documentation of machinery.
∎ Improve the reliability of plant and process.
∎ Ensure all safety guideline followed by OSHA.
∎ Any task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge of maintenance of SERVI controller machine
∎ Positive Thinker, Can do attitude.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on electro-mechanical, Hydraulic an electro-pneumatic trouble-shooting work.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
