Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily news production and multimedia content

• Lead and coordinate a small team across editorial and multimedia functions

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, accurate, and engaging content

• Generate innovative content ideas aligned with audience interests

• Maintain accountability for team performance and output quality

• Provide daily reports and updates to leadership

• Plan and arrange talk shows and special programs

• Identify needs and hire skilled resources to strengthen the team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in both news reporting/editing and multimedia production

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within media

• In-depth understanding of American communities, culture, and audience trends (must)

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

• Creative mindset with strong content development skills

• Highly accountable, organized, and proactive

• Ability to work long and flexible hours in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in Bangla media platforms in the U.S.

• Ability to handle fast-paced newsroom environments
