∎ B.Sc (Honors) in CSE, CSC, TE, ICE, ETE or related science faculty
∎ Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP, ITIL, JNCIA, JNCIP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BGP, Core Network, Firewall, OSPF, VPN
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure secured and smooth Network communication throughout the entire organization.
∎ Infrastructure upgrade & deployment of new services (Core Network).
∎ Operational planning & designing to minimize interruption (network) and maximize service availability.
∎ Partner communication for network service provider, SLA & OLA
∎ Configure Firewall and ensure security of the Core Network.
∎ Update and patch management, device hardening
∎ Integration with monitoring systems, SIEM, SOAR and monitor the activity
∎ Incident & change report
∎ Asset Management of all network hardware, license etc.
∎ Ensure backup & restoration of distribution & VPN devices
∎ Troubleshoot and Level three support end user network related issues
∎ Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment.
∎ SOP, build document, project doc, issue register, risk register etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Operational Analysis, planning ability.
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal skill
∎ Capability to work under pressure to meet schedule
∎ Moderate communication (both English & Bangla) for operational, critical & escalation process.
∎ Must be quick learner to adopt new technology.
∎ Positive, self-motivated
