∎ Proven ability to engage students and promote critical thinking.
∎ Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
∎ Must be able to write detailed lesson plans, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the edexcel curriculum.
∎ The applicants should have experience in IT, Social Media, Email, MS Words, & MS Powerpoint
∎ Should have pleasant Personality
∎ Self-motivated & self-driven
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be decent, gentle, social in communication and free from any smoking or drug addiction.
∎ Commitment to continuing the job for at least 3 years .

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
∎ Design, administer, and grade assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback to students.
∎ Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively.
∎ Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure program consistency.
∎ Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations as per Pearson’s criteria & DIS exam Policy.
∎ Mentor junior teachers and lead academic committees and school events.
∎ Participate in professional development workshops and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
∎ Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
∎ Maintain accurate student records and complete related administrative tasks.
∎ Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff, participating in staff meetings and committees.
∎ Integrate technology into teaching practices and utilize online platforms for remote learning.
∎ Support students' emotional and social development within a supportive classroom atmosphere.
∎ Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
