∎ Create a safe and supportive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and develop their physical abilities.
∎ Assess students' progress and skill development through observation, performance evaluations, and informal assessments.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills, techniques, and overall physical fitness levels.
∎ Incorporate principles of sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play into lessons, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and respect for others.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners to promote physical activity initiatives and wellness programs.
∎ Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in physical education pedagogy, health education, and child development.
