Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and present well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to the abilities of all students, ensuring alignment with the Plan and deliver engaging lessons for the Middle Section Grades 1 to Grade 4 (Cambridge Curriculum).
∎ Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
∎ Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse learning needs.
∎ Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages active participation.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
∎ Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
∎ Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
