• Experience in teaching English at the primary/secondary level is preferred.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Creative, patient, and committed to student development.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms is an advantage.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to improve student literacy and language skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to aid their academic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Maintain a safe and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
