• Preferred expertise in both languages (Bangla & English).

• Previous work experience (minimum 1 year) in a daycare will get preference.

Location: Niketon, Gulshan & Motijheel

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing daily care for children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment at all times.

• Support classroom learning and activity through engaging, age-appropriate methods.

• Encourage children’s social skills, positive behavior, and respectful interaction with peers.

• Help during play and story time.

• Assist with snacks and lunches and supervise children to ensure they are safe all time.

• Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Communicate with parents regularly in a sensitive and courteous manner.

• Assist with toileting and diapering and teaching children lifeskill.

• Assist in preparing and organizing learning materials, play equipment, and classroom resources.

• Guide children during structured and free-play activities, fostering creativity and curiosity.

• Observe and document children’s participation, progress, and behaviour for teacher or supervisor review.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized classroom in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

• Assist in managing group activities, transitions, and routines to maintain a positive learning environment.

• Support special events, celebrations, and extra activities organized by the daycare.

• Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to ensure individual child needs are met.
