∎ Good organizational and team work skills.
∎ Very well written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Basic level of computer knowledge.
∎ A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a positive role model to the children and engage them in various educational activities such as singing, dancing, listening, storytelling, and drawing.
∎ Also doing caring part like feeding, giving a shower etc.
∎ Value and support each child and staff member regardless of their religion and gender.
∎ Take daily attendance, complete a development checklist on children's progress and record accidents.
∎ Deal with any issue that arises, maintain a neat, orderly and attractive daycare center and build a positive relationship with parents and staff.
∎ Maintain official documents and monthly planner/curriculum.
