• SSC, HSC for caregivers & Honors completed for Teachers. 
• Bachelors from Early Childhood Development and Social Relationship are encouraged to apply.

• At least 1 years

• Age 20 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Experienced in working in a daycare environment.
• Good communication skills to interact with the children. 
• Must have good patience and good art of teaching the children with care. 
• Good organizational and team work skills. 
• Very well written and verbal communication skills both in English & Bangla. 
• Basic level of computer knowledge. 
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. 

• Act as a positive role model to the children and engage them in various educational activities such as singing, dancing, listening, storytelling, drawing.
• Also doing caring part like feeding, shower given etc. 
• Value and support each child and staff member regardless of their religion and gender. 
• Take daily attendance, complete a development checklist on children's progress and record accidents.
• Deal with any issue that arise, maintain a neat, orderly and attractive daycare center and build a positive relationship with parents and staff. 
• Maintain official documents and monthly planner/curriculum.
