∎ Responsibility #1: Teaching and Learning
∎ Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and participatory literacy lessons for adult learners, considering their cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds.
∎ Utilize the UNESCO-developed Basic and Functional Literacy AAL curriculum and materials, ensuring that lessons align with program objectives.
∎ Integrate life skills, numeracy, and vocational content into lessons as relevant to the curriculum.
∎ A supportive learning environment that encourages participation and retention.
∎ Responsibility #2: Reporting and Documentation
∎ Accurately and promptly record attendance, learner progress, and lesson outcomes.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on teaching activities, learner performance, and any challenges faced.
∎ Provide feedback on the curriculum, teaching materials, and learner outcomes to the Center Manager.
∎ Responsibility #3: Collaboration with Program and M&E
∎ Assist M&E teams in conducting assessments, surveys, and focus group discussions with learners.

∎ Key Relationship and Reporting:
∎ This position will directly report to the Multi-Purpose Women Center (MPWC) Coordinator and livelihood Manager and will closely coordinate with the Program Manager and M&E Manager. It will also involve collaboration with MPWC Facilitators, Community Volunteers, stakeholders, and other project team members.
∎ Job Context:
∎ RW Welfare Society (RWWS) in partnership with UN Women has been actively involved in implementing the project titled “Promoting the Socio-Economic Recovery, Participation, and Leadership of Women and Young Women through Skill Development in the Host and Rohingya Community”. RWWS is the responsible party of UN Women and funding from the Swedish Government (Sida) and the Government of Japan. This initiative has been crucial in empowering women living in Palongkhali Union (Host), Rohingya Camp 14 of Ukhiya Upazila, and Camp 25 (a combination of host and nearby Rohingya communities) of Teknaf Upazila in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ The Multi-Purpose Women Center (MPWC) established by RWWS is serving as a vital support hubs, offering essential services, livelihood skill development, accelerated learning programs, etc. These programs cater to various educational needs, including feminist literacy, numeracy, and education for adolescent girls and young women, among others.
∎ RW Welfare Society (RWWS) invites applications from potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing the project for the following position.
