Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications to fill the position of TB and Leprosy Control Assistant under Integrated TB Care and Prevention in Bangladesh Project. The position is based at upazila level in Lalmonirhat & Kurigram District.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in annual planning, prepare monthly action plan and follow.
∎ Plan and prepare quarterly indent for anti- TB drug and logistic.
∎ Responsible for implementation of TB Control activities in assigned area in coordination with govt. and related stake holders.
∎ Support increased case notification and treatment of patients.
∎ Provide DOT in line with treatment category as determined by the physician in line with National TB guideline.
∎ Organize different awareness activities of TB control program.
∎ Conduct 8 outreach smearing centers in the catchment, in every month.
∎ Refer regularly, presumptive cases to diagnosed facilities for further diagnosis and management.
∎ Ensure regular drug and diagnostic supplies to Volunteers/DOT providers.
∎ Ensure DOT through follow-up every patient and the DOT provider, once in a fortnight.
∎ Maintain contact tracing register for action case findings and refer presumptive cases to nearby diagnostic facility.
∎ Ensure appropriate storage of drug and logistics to maintain optimum quality.
∎ Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meeting.
∎ Maintain different forms, cards, registers and related documents.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with related stakeholders.
∎ Assist in different monitoring visits.
∎ Prepare and maintain all related reports regularly.
∎ Ensure proper recording and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 01 (one) year's experience in relevant field.

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per Company Policy.
