Educational Requirements:
∎ Has graduation/Post graduation in Accounting or in relevant subject
∎ Has professional degree in relevant filed
∎ Has good Managerial Skills
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: chartered accountancy
∎ Skills Required: Income Tax and VAT, Statutory and Tax Audit, Tax and VAT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing tax computation and tax provision calculation and tax compliance process of companies
∎ Co-ordinating tax audits with tax authorities, external auditors and consultants for all tax matter
∎ Preparation and submission of Income Tax Return of companies
∎ Preparation and submission of Quarterly Withholding (75A) Tax Return to the Tax Authority
∎ Preparation and submission of salary return (u/s 108 of the ITO 1984);
∎ Attending hearing before the Commissioner of Taxes, Additional Commissioner of Taxes, Deputy Commissioner of Taxes for tax audit;
∎ Attending hearing before the Commissioner of Appeal / Appellate Joint Commissioner of Appeal and attending hearing before the Appellate Tribunal;
∎ Preparation and Submission AIT return of companies
∎ Preparation of monthly personal income tax for local and expatriate staffs and deposit to treasury in time
∎ Preparation and submission monthly TDS return of companies and upload monthly challan copy to NBR portal
∎ Facing annual Transfer Pricing audit
∎ Preparation and submission of dividend remittance tax and tax rebate related papers
∎ Preparation and submission VAT returns of the companies and ensuring VAT compliances
∎ Ensuring timely payment of the advanced taxes with necessary supporting documents
∎ Issuing 6.3, 6.6 and collect Tax and VAT deduction certificate from client and prepare necessary report of companies
∎ Issuing yearly payment certificate to supplier, advise for TDS and VDS Process time to time relevant staffs
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
