Additional Requirements: - Around 1–2 years of experience in operations, production support, or incident management (internship experience counts!).
- Strong interest or experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices.
- Basic understanding of system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Dynatrace, ELK, JMeter).
- Good grasp of database and application environments (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Tomcat, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills — especially during critical incidents.
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and maintain composure during service disruptions.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and continuous learning.
- English Fluency Is a Must-Have Skill.
- Exposure to connected systems (automotive, IoT, or telematics).
- Experience writing incident reports, RCA summaries, or user-facing updates.
- Familiarity with Linux environments or scripting languages (Bash, Python).

Responsibilities & Context: About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our System Operations team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in our Incident Management process — monitoring critical systems, identifying issues early, coordinating response efforts, and helping restore normal operations quickly. You’ll also learn how to prevent incidents through proactive monitoring and collaboration with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incident responses from detection and triage to resolution and post-incident follow-up.
- Monitor production systems using enterprise tools to ensure reliability and stability.
- Analyze alerts, identify root causes, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to restore services quickly and communicate status updates.
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents, RCA reports, and resolution steps.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations to handle P1/P2 incidents with team support.
- Track incident trends and risks, helping improve monitoring processes and prevent future issues.
