Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee surveillance activities of all offices and branches through closed-circuit camera. Regularly check all the surveillance related equipment, data records and connections are working properly or not.

• Observe business unit related activities are taking place according to company rules and regulations. Run predefined routine checkup throughout all the offices.

• Prepare different sorts of report on a daily basis and send to company authority, follow up and investigate various complaints and issues as they arises.

• Report all sorts of unusual or unethical activity without any delay and come up with a solution to seal the gaps.

• Advising staffs on the interpretation of the company policy, performing ethical framework functions in relation to company policy.

• Keep communication with all branch contact persons, receive incoming calls related to company product and services. Visit all the offices physical regarding surveillance related issues if needed.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
