- Good communication skill and teamwork.
- Must working experience in ISP/IIG.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Configure & Manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, OLT.
- Mikrotik configuration vlan, bgp, filter rules, ip address, pppoe, nat, queues.
- OLT configuration Epon, Gpon.
- Switch Cisco Nexus, Huwaei, Arista, Bdcom.
- Monitor network using tools like The Dude, LibreNms, MRTG.
- Provide support to Mac/Bandwidth Clients.
- Receive phone calls and provide required support.
- Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
- Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.
- Proactive problem-solver with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborating with NOC and Core Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
