Responsibilities & Context:
- Attending customers' complaints, queries through phone call & also inside or outside of office.
- Should have General Knowledge about Various Type EPON & GPON OLT & Configuration of ONU
- Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside of office.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
- Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system
- Must have sound knowledge of Mikrotik router for manage and troubleshoot.
- Network performance monitoring by variety of tools.
- Including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss checking, responsible for identifying and resolving any network issues that may arise.
- Lead technical team and able to work under pressure
- Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
- Must have very good communication skill direct and over the phone with corporate customer
- Hardware & Network Maintenance, Office Software, Online Ticket Reconciliation, Making Daily & Monthly Report, Products Inventory.
- Participate in a 24x7 roster duty.
