ISP Home user and corporate support., ISP NOC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Different brand of Router, Switch, OLT configuration necessarily.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Mikrotik router for manage and troubleshoot.
∎ Network performance monitoring by variety of tools.
∎ Including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss checking, responsible for identifying and resolving any network issues that may arise.
∎ When network problems occur, responsible for troubleshooting the problem and finding a solution.
∎ Work in the roster per day to ensure 24x7 support.
∎ Home user and Corporate Clients support 24x7 through live chat and communications.
∎ Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
