∎ Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
∎ Good practical experience with MS office
∎ Strong organizational and leadership skills, together with a results driven approach.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self motivated and an efficient problem solver .

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Supervisor - Production oversees the daily operations of the production line, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves managing production staff, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
∎ Supervise daily production activities to ensure schedules are met.
∎ Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with production standards and specifications.
∎ Maintain detailed production records and reports. Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
∎ Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality goals are met.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and changes.
∎ Address and resolve any personnel issues in a timely manner.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
∎ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
∎ Identify and resolve production issues and defects. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
∎ Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and drills.
∎ Address and report any safety concerns or incidents. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
∎ Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Implement new methods or technologies to increase efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with the production manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary requirements.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss.
