Job Context:
∎ A premier social Club of the country invites application from Bangladeshi nationals for the above post.
∎ job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee kitchen operations.
∎ Ensure members satisfaction through excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the kitchen.
∎ Maintain quality control for all the foods served.
∎ Forecast future needs for goods and kitchen supplies, and order accordingly.
∎ Plan and manage shifts.
∎ Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
∎ Monitor staff uniform and grooming as per standards.
∎ Knowledge of food safety & HACCP.
∎ Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Uphold the kitchen positive image and generate new ideas to improve revenue & profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience in the same capacity in any similar organization will be given preference.
