Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability to handle Members, Guests, delegates & closely communicate with them when required.
∎ Preparing report of company opening & closing report prepared and submit Check & Verify Security Register.
∎ Able to make proper and effective weekly duty roster for security.
∎ Control and managing power to monitor entire Security Team within the Company.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Management and staffs to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ Implementing Security Protocols.
∎ Ensuring proper Training of guards & ensure their uniform and dressing-up in proper manner.
∎ To maintain contracts with local Police Station, Fire Station & other necessary department.
∎ Perform any other work as & when required by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years experience in the same capacity in any similar organization will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work with security guard, and non-management level staff.
∎ Regular inspection of security and sensitive points of the Club.
∎ Sensitive area must be checked at day and night.
∎ Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures
∎ Maintain discipline in all area regarding safety &security.
∎ Report to the authority about the total security conditions time to time
∎ Must have knowledge on usage of panel board system, fire alarm, smoke detector system.
∎ Prepare report regularly on safety & security problems to the top management.
∎ Ensure all registers and documents are correctly maintained
∎ Must have knowledge on Accord & Alliances rule.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Defense experience will be added advantage.
∎ Army /RAB / Air Force /Retired JCO would be given preference.

Salary:
∎ Attractive Salary will be given to the competent candidate, commensurate with experience.
