Skill and Competencies:

• Experience: 1/2 Years relevant experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong inter personal skills
• Good command over Bengali and English

Responsible for:

• Prepare a monthly work plan and visit plan focusing monthly targets of the ongoing project

• Achieve the monthly targets throughout the planned activities and work plan

• Arranging and facilitating monthly orientation and enlightening community-based staffs thoroughly on different legal rights and governance issues

• Monitoring different awareness-based activities such as group meetings, school classes, PTS meetings in the project

• Directly supervising all the activities of the community-based staff

• Ensuring proper materials are used in the group sessions and school classes for effective facilitation of the lessons

• Ensuring appropriate support for the community staff and the people of the project areas

• Visiting group classes/ sessions, civil society group meetings, school classes as per activity plan, monitoring the performances of both community staff and learners and also report the progress to project officer for ensuring the ongoing success of the project

• Visiting project areas extensively

• Facilitating different supports to the community on behalf of Friendship during the time of the emergency

• Supervising any construction works in the project areas

• Ensuring proper documentation of each meetings and classes

• Ensuring proper maintenance of project related logistics and assets

• Maintaining a good rapport with community leaders, civil society members

Activities:

• Providing relevant inputs/ data for the preparation of the monthly / quarterly reports

• Communicating the feedbacks of IC activities to Project Officer to ensure the ongoing success of the project

• Working with multi-disciplinary team and have capacity to maintain supportive network with Local Govt., NGOs and others.

• Assisting baseline survey, group discussion, committee formation and need based primary and secondary data collection

• Establishing and maintaining liaison with different government and non-government officials and other relevant stakeholders
