Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MPhil in any discipline of Psychology from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration: 06 months, with a possibility of extension.
∎ Job Location: Mainly in Dhaka with frequent visits to Sylhet field office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training on 'Behavioural Activation' from experts from University of York, UK
∎ Supervision as per specified guideline of facilitators delivering a talking therapy called 'Behavioural Activation' to study participants at BIRDEM Hospital, Dhaka and at Sylhet Diabetic Association Hospital
∎ All required support to the Trial Coordinator and the quantitative and qualitative teams
∎ Regular submission of activity reports to Dhaka office
∎ Contribution in the development of leaflets, booklets and research materials relevant to the study
∎ Maintaining regular correspondence with field staff and members of the project team in Dhaka office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Atleast 2-3 years experience in the field of psychology and counselling of patients and other areas mentioned above under responsibilities.
∎ Good written and spoken English
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to build rapport with the team and in a community setting
∎ Good computer skills (MS Word/ Excel)

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
