Education:
∎ Master’s degree/Graduate in any discipline but Social Science will be preferred.

∎ 5 years’ experience in research related field supervision may have also apply.
∎ Candidates must be able to drive motorbike to travel to remote rural locations and have valid driving license
∎ Applicants should have at least 3 years' experience in Field Supervisor/Coordinator position with any development/ research organization at community level
∎ Excellent communication skills and team building capacity
∎ Ability to build rapport and feel comfortable in a community setting
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The GIVEWELL Project is a follow up study of children who were participants of previous surveys conducted by the Perinatal Care Project (currently BADAS-CHRI).
∎ The GIVEWELL project will be implemented in 3 districts (Bogura, Faridpur & Moulvibazar). Each Coordinator will be responsible for 6 unions of 2 Upazilas under the research activities of each district.
∎ Each Supervisor is expected to supervise 12 Field Research Assistants field level and ensure the timely supply and availability of equipment and logistics to the data collection team.
∎ Previous experience on field supervision of community-based survey data collection activities to ensure quality data capture will be preferred.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge and experience in mortality data, verbal autopsy, anthropometric measurements, blood glucose testing and blood pressure measurements. Additional knowledge on hand grip strength measurements will also be valued
∎ Liaison with Dhaka head office, including timely achievement of daily targets, report submission, resolving queries from head office, feedback etc. are expected
