∎ Minimum of 02 (two) years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in a food court
∎ Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
∎ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
∎ Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
∎ Minimum of 02 (two) years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in a food court

∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of food court staff
∎ Ensure all areas of the food court are clean, organized and vendors are maintaining their supplies
∎ Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and get feedback from customers
∎ Train, mentor, and evaluate food court employees
∎ Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times
∎ Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
∎ Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
∎ Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly

∎ We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
