Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Marketing / Management from any reputed university. MBA preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop Store Management Material in-house Plan and Operational Store Management Plan.
∎ To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store's inventory records including all associated documentation and record keeping for accounting purposes.
∎ To manage store departmental people's activities and movement.
∎ To develop and maintain a professional relationship with suppliers and contractors for ensuring smooth operation.
∎ Maintain stock reports and store inventory reports on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure stock items are properly segregated and maintain uninterrupted supply of products.
∎ Overseeing inventory control and processing orders.
∎ Forward required documentation to Corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of item to be procured.
∎ Approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, reporting, rejecting or returning unacceptable materials.
∎ Conduct physical stock taking & verification of inventory.
∎ Coordination with all related departments for efficient operations.
∎ Management of inventory.
∎ Overall outlet cash management.
∎ Ensure product quality and service of staffs.
∎ Plan & execute slow moving products liquidation.
∎ Manage day to day Outlet Administration and HR issues.
∎ Keep a record of petty cash and VAT/Tax etc.
∎ Ensure timely deposition of sales proceeds to designated Bank accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 Years in relevant field.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Must be a Sylheti local. Should have fluent Sylheti dialect for Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office Package, ERP/CRM, Inventory Management software.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
