Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining brand rules-regulations to maintain a clean and friendly shopping ambience/display to maximize customer's shopping experience.
∎ Abiding by company rules to ensure effective use of company resources.
∎ Performing with full motivation to perform best in sales floor.
∎ Capable of receiving complaints from customers & deliver the best solution with given brand ethics.
∎ Understanding customers comfort zone and meeting their needs.
∎ Memorizing and understanding key components of one or multiple products to describe to the customer.
∎ Able to suggest alternative products as per customer query.
∎ Listening to customer complaints and forward to proper channels.
∎ Able to manage his/her designated store aisles and product racks.
∎ Arranging products according to the categories multiple time a day.
∎ Keeping the product racks and store floor clean.
∎ Reporting to the supervisor immediately of any issue.
∎ Should be a team player.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 1 Year in relevant field.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Must be a Sylheti local. Should have fluent Sylheti dialect for Bengali.
∎ Well mannered, energetic and presentable.
∎ Minimum knowledge about computers and associated software.

Salary: Negotiable
