Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical industry/occupational experience. Experience in TVET, apprenticeship, workplace-based learning or skills training is preferred.

• Strong report writing and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.

Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) started its journey in 1988 with a noble vision to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalized. The JOB CIRCULAR will support ESDO`s skills development and livelihood interventions by contributing to effective programmed implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, documentation, monitoring, and achievement of programmed results. The position will work closely with relevant ESDO teams, field staff, technical personnel, employers, Master Craft Persons (MCPs), training providers and other stakeholders as required.

Reporting to: Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to MCPs and learners under informal apprenticeship.

• Monitor quality and relevance of workplace-based practical training.

• Support occupational skills development, practical assessment and competency improvement.

• Identify technical gaps and recommend corrective measures.

• Support linkage with industries and employers for workplace learning and employment.

• Promote safe, efficient and environmentally responsible workplace practices.

Workplace: Office and field based; frequent field visits within Bagerhat and other project locations as required.
