Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of working experience in Generator, sub-station servicing and maintenance.
∎ Operation and maintenance of various types electro-mechanical item as like as generator, sub-station etc.
∎ Have good knowledge High tension( H.T) Panel, Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR), High tension Switch gear, Transformer, Low tension (L.T) panel, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) panel, Automatic Transfer Switch (A.T.S) and distribution board servicing and maintenance.
∎ Ability to work high pressure and tight deadlines while at the same time.
∎ Proactive, highly motivated and able to use initiative to a significant degree.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check the battery charger of Generator.
∎ Check and stock fuel of Generator.
∎ Check and change the radiator water og Generator.
∎ Monitoring DESCO line voltage.
∎ Provide all type of technical support regarding Sub station related services to all project of BRAC, BRAC enterprises and all sister-concern of BRAC.
∎ Check and change all types Generator filter, lube oil and sub-station equipment's in due time.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
